Project
The design intent for this project was to create a bold statement in the midst of competing structures and most importantly create a cocoon for the most private part of the house by wrapping the building around it. With a west facing front façade towards the street, the swimming pool in front becomes the central force towards the entry of the house. A hydraulic scissor car-lift provides access to an exclusive
basement parking and a pedestrian tunnel into the building.
