Within the posh neighbourhood of Labone in Accra, sits a luxurious residence with a poor and pale reflection of its real estate potential. The cul-de-sac approach to this residential address makes it a unique destination for any prospective or potential occupant seeking to enjoy the serene and calm atmosphere of a quiet prime neighborhood. The intent was to renovate this property into the world class residential status it truly deserves. The point up of the design interventions as part of the renovation works include a newly created nested luxury in a basement wine bar and cinema room with a rear view into the pool.
